Rochdale Borough Council’s The Martlet Kitchen invites applications for a Chef de Partie to join the Town Hall kitchen team. You will cook and prepare under the direction of the Sous Chef and Executive Chef, delivering high-quality dishes for the restaurant and events.

Excellent team player with ability to work under pressure is essential. The role focuses on seasonal, locally sourced produce and will involve supporting weddings, dinners and festivals.
