Casual Commis Chef — Craft & Create in a Hotel Kitchen

Dorchester Collection's CUT - 45 Park Lane Hotel in London is hiring a Casual Commis Chef. You’ll learn from our legends and our award‑winning academy to achieve the highest standards in craft, service and leadership.

Shifts are 6am–3pm, 7am–4pm, 2pm–11pm or 3pm–12am. You’ll assist the kitchen team, portion and prepare foods, help control costs and handle special requests. Apprenticeships range from Level 2 to Hospitality Degree Level 5 to support your career development.
