Casual Pool Lifeguard & Recreation Assistant

Wellington College Health & Fitness Club is seeking Casual Recreation Assistants to support lifeguard cover across the swimming pool on a flexible, as required basis. The role is ideal for individuals with a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or nearing renewal, with availability during evenings, weekends and peak periods.

You will maintain a safe pool environment, respond calmly to swimmers, and support wider Club operations while upholding safeguarding and safety standards.
