Category & Insights Manager — FMCG Pastry Growth

BakeAway in the UK is seeking a Category Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to convert data into actionable category strategies across pastry, dough and pancake products. You will work with retailers and internal teams to unlock growth and shape category direction.

This role requires FMCG/retail experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to present insights to diverse stakeholders. Hybrid working with Corby site attendance is offered.
