You will build strong relationships with suppliers and collaborate with internal teams to meet their purchasing needs effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for assigned areas of spend, identifying opportunities for cost savings and value improvement.
• Conduct market analysis, supplier research, and performance evaluations to ensure competitive advantage.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure optimal outcomes.
• Manage day-to-day supplier relationships, resolving issues and fostering collaboration.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and align procurement activities with business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Buyer , Category Buyer, or Procurement Specialist.
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation, sourcing, and contract management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with procurement software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, contributing to our Oxford -based team and collaborating remotely as needed.
