Catering Assistant - High Volume Events

You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of a variety of functions, from corporate lunches to large-scale celebrations. Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks as directed.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Set up and clear down event spaces, including tables, chairs, and serving areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in food service areas and kitchens.
• Replenish food and beverage stations during events.
• Provide general support to the catering team to ensure event success.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a catering or hospitality environment is desirable but not essential.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
