Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, including washing, chopping, and assembling ingredients.
• Serve food and beverages to customers during events and service times, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, serving areas, and dining spaces.
• Set up and clear tables, serving stations, and equipment as required for various functions.
• Wash dishes, cutlery, and kitchen equipment, ensuring they are clean and ready for use.
• Support the catering team with any ad-hoc duties as needed to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar Catering Assistant or food service role is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of basic hygiene and food safety principles.
