About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and driven Catering Event Manager to oversee and execute all catering aspects for events in Oxford and surrounding areas. This role is responsible for managing client relationships from initial inquiry through to event completion, developing bespoke menus, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service delivery. You will lead catering teams on-site, manage inventory, and work collaboratively with chefs and vendors to create unforgettable experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts, understanding their needs and translating them into successful catering plans.

• Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation and delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event management , specifically within the catering or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of menu planning, food preparation, and presentation standards.
• Excellent client management, communication, and negotiation skills.
