About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Catering Event Manager to oversee the successful execution of a wide range of events in Norwich . You will be responsible for managing all operational aspects from client liaison and menu planning to on-site supervision and team coordination. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a meticulous approach to event logistics. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects of catering events, from initial client contact to post-event follow-up.
• Develop detailed event plans, including menus, staffing schedules, and logistical requirements.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of food and beverage service, menu planning, and event logistics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Proficiency in event planning software and standard office applications.
