About the Role

You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into a seamless catering execution, managing all aspects from initial consultation to final delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Develop tailored catering proposals, menus, and event plans that align with client expectations and company offerings.
• Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including staffing, equipment, dietary requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with the culinary team, event staff, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution on the day of the event.
• Manage client relationships, providing excellent communication and support throughout the planning process and event execution.
• Oversee event setup and breakdown where necessary, ensuring high standards of presentation and service are maintained.

Requirements

• Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or a similar client-facing role within the hospitality or catering industry.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for food, service, and creating memorable event experiences.
