Catering Manager - Remote

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and proactive Catering Manager to oversee their catering operations remotely, serving clients across various locations from their base in Glasgow . This role requires strong organizational, communication, and logistical skills to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction, without being physically present on-site for all operations. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all catering activities, liaising with suppliers, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards from a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of catering events remotely, ensuring smooth execution.
• Coordinate with remote kitchen teams and on-site staff to deliver exceptional food and service.
• Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs and maximizing profitability for catering services.
• Source and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and value.
