Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of catering operations, including event planning, staffing, and logistics for a variety of functions.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service delivery, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored catering solutions.
• Supervise and train catering staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable, professional, and adhere to company policies.
• Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to meet budgetary targets.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all equipment and facilities are maintained to a high standard.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Catering Manager or similar supervisory role within the hospitality or events industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Experience in staff management, training, and scheduling.
