The Role

You'll oversee all hospitality areas, including the restaurant, coffee shop, soft play, and grab-and-go units, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, strong financial performance, and high operational standards.

Essential

Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in hospitality Experience managing multiple departments or sites Strong financial and commercial acumen Track record of leading and developing large teamsDesirable

Background in garden centres, leisure, or family-focused environments Experience across both food service and leisure operations
