Key Responsibilities

• Liaise directly with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the planning process and event execution.

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of goods and services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in catering management or a similar event management role.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service, event planning, and operational logistics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards within the food service industry.
