Salary: £36,000 per year

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Catering Manager to join a successful team in Edinburgh.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to take responsibility for managing a busy catering operation and delivering an excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day catering operation
- Leading, motivating and supporting the catering team
- Ensuring excellent food quality and customer service
- Managing staff rotas and labour requirements
- Monitoring stock levels and controlling costs
- Ensuring all food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained
- Working closely with the wider management team
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Catering Manager or within a similar management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A passion for food and hospitality
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
