About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Catering Manager to oversee operations in Stoke-on-Trent . This key role involves managing all aspects of the catering service, from menu planning and client liaison to staff supervision and financial management. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional service for a variety of events and clients. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day catering operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Catering Manager or similar leadership role.

• Excellent financial acumen, including budget management and cost control.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations within the food industry.
