Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day catering operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service delivery.
• Plan, organize, and execute catering for various events, from initial client consultation to final service.

• Develop and manage budgets, controlling food costs, labor expenses, and inventory.
• Ensure strict adherence to all food safety , health, and hygiene regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in catering management or a senior role within the hospitality industry.
• Demonstrated ability in team leadership, staff training, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of food safety , hygiene standards, and event planning.
• Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events in Plymouth .
