Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee all catering operations, including production, service delivery, client relations, and financial management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of catering professionals and managers.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations across all operations.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth through innovative strategies and service excellence.
• Foster strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in senior management within the catering or hospitality industry, with a proven track record in operations management.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets and P&Ls.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and implement process improvements.
• In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, including food safety and quality standards .
• Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
