About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of catering operations, including staffing, logistics, inventory, and client liaison for events in Cardiff .
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of catering staff, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to deliver exceptional service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring all catering requirements are met to the highest standard.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations, maintaining meticulous records.
• Manage budgets, control expenditure, and optimise resource allocation to achieve financial targets.

Requirements
