About the Role

You will be responsible for managing the kitchen, front-of-house teams, inventory, and maintaining stringent health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize daily catering operations, ensuring efficiency and quality across all services.
• Lead, train, and motivate kitchen and service staff to achieve high performance standards.
• Oversee inventory management, procurement, and supplier relationships to control costs and ensure quality.
• Ensure strict adherence to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations .
• Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, P&L, and financial reporting for the catering operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Catering Manager or in a senior operations role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and operational best practices in catering.
• Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control experience.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
