Catering Supervisor: Lead Kitchens & Service Excellence

Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee Chartwells catering and service operations on a full-time basis (35 hours per week, 38 weeks per year). The role emphasizes delivering exceptional food and world-class customer service across our kitchens and counters.

You will lead culinary and catering teams, monitor KPIs with the line manager, and uphold Health & Safety standards while representing the Compass brand.
