Catering Supervisor

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Catering Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a team of catering staff in Reading . You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of all catering services, from food preparation and service to client interaction and staff management. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent leadership and organizational skills, dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring successful events and day-to-day operations in Reading .

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the work of catering assistants and kitchen staff during service.
• Ensure all food is prepared, cooked, and presented to the highest standards.
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and assist with ordering supplies to control costs.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of catering events, ensuring all logistical requirements are met.

Requirements
