Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of catering staff during events, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of catering at various events according to client requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company standards for food presentation, hygiene, and customer service.
• Manage stock and supplies during events, reporting any shortages or issues.
• Assist in training and onboarding new members of the catering team.
• Act as a point of contact for clients and venue staff during events, addressing immediate needs or concerns.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment for the team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the catering or hospitality sector.
