Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of catering staff during events, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Assist with event setup, including food and beverage stations, and ensure presentation standards are met.
• Oversee the serving of food and beverages, ensuring quality and adherence to client specifications.
• Manage on-site logistics, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and ensure a smooth event experience.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards during service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the catering or hospitality sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a small team.
• Good understanding of food service protocols and customer service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
