Cattery Welfare & Rehoming Leader

Battersea Dogs and Cats in London is seeking a dedicated Rehoming and Welfare Manager to run the cattery at our Battersea site. You will oversee intake, day-to-day care, assessment and rehoming of cats, ensuring excellent customer care and adherence to our Animal Charter.

Reporting alongside another manager, you will line manage around 40 staff and volunteers, collaborating with Animal Partnerships, Fostering and Volunteering, and Clinic to advance Battersea’s strategic aims and impact.
