Are you a confident sales professional who enjoys building relationships and developing new business? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Executive to join a growing technology solutions business, specialising in CCTV, access control, telecoms and connectivity. This Business Development Executive role offers the opportunity to work with commercial and high-end residential clients, understanding their requirements and developing tailored technology solutions. You'll manage relationships from the initial conversation through to proposal, negotiation and handover, while continuing to nurture clients after the sale.

As a Business Development Executive, you'll combine consultative sales with relationship management, working closely with technical teams to ensure customers receive the right solution and an excellent experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets

Build and nurture long-term relationships with commercial and residential clients

Qualify leads and understand customer requirements through consultative conversations

Conduct client site visits and deliver engaging product presentations

Prepare tailored proposals and quotations in collaboration with technical teams

Manage opportunities through negotiation, closing and project handover

Maintain accurate CRM records and manage an active sales pipeline

Follow up with existing clients to develop relationships and identify further opportunities Skills & Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or account management

Experience within CCTV, telecoms, networking or technology is highly desirable

Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills

Knowledge of CCTV, IP networking, Wi-Fi, VoIP or access control is advantageous

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities

Confident working independently and managing multiple opportunities

Strong CRM and general IT skills

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites Salary & Reward
