CCTV Security Operator – Incident Response & Client Support

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is expanding our IKEA Security Operations Centre and is looking for permanent CCTV security staff in the UK. You will monitor CCTV, identify incidents, and report them clearly to the IRMC and supervisors while maintaining a high level of customer service to our client.

Applicants must hold a valid SIA CCTV licence and demonstrate excellent communication, reliability, and teamwork.
