CDM & Health & Safety Advisor | Principal Designer

Principal People Recruitment is seeking a Health & Safety / CDM Advisor to support a diverse portfolio of healthcare, housebuilding and industrial projects across the North West. The role combines practical H&S consultancy with Principal Designer responsibilities under CDM 2015, with exposure to NHS estates and major developers.

The position is predominantly home-based, with 2–3 days per week visiting client sites.
