Monaghans is seeking a CDM Health and Safety Consultant to lead Principal Designer and CDM Advisory services across London and the South East, ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations 2015 and guiding project teams from early design through construction.

You will build strong client relationships, manage health and safety risks, review PCI/DRRs, chair risk workshops, and mentor junior staff while delivering high-profile projects for a diverse client base.
