CEWI Programme & Delivery Coordinator (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

A significant amount of discovery, design and planning has already been completed to define the future onboarding experience for Consult. This includes the onboarding journey, communications approach, roles and responsibilities model, onboarding standards and supporting delivery plans.

The programme is now moving into implementation and requires dedicated delivery capacity to coordinate and progress activity across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.

Current delivery is heavily reliant on a single role operating across strategy, governance, design, stakeholder engagement and implementation. Additional capacity is required to reduce programme risk, maintain momentum and support successful delivery.

This 6-month fixed-term role will provide dedicated programme and delivery leadership for onboarding, ensuring activity is coordinated, decisions are progressed, stakeholders remain engaged and agreed deliverables are implemented.

Provide dedicated programme management and delivery leadership for the global onboarding programme. The role will be responsible for coordinating and progressing the onboarding work programme, bringing together multiple stakeholders and contributors to ensure agreed activity is delivered. The role will support the transition from design into implementation, helping to establish a consistent, scalable onboarding experience whilst creating sustainable governance and ownership arrangements for the future.

You’ll Be Responsible For

Onboarding programme

• Coordinate and manage the onboarding programme and associated workstreams.
• Establish and maintain programme plans, risks, dependencies and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional working groups and governance meetings.
• Schedule and facilitate stakeholder workshops, reviews and decision-making forums.
• Track delivery of agreed actions and implementation activity.
• Prepare programme updates, implementation materials and leadership reporting.
• Support prioritisation and decision-making across the programme.

Onboarding Experience And Delivery

• Coordinate implementation of the agreed onboarding model.
• Support development and delivery of onboarding resources, communications and supporting materials.
• Coordinate onboarding content reviews and improvement activity.
• Manage delivery of agreed onboarding initiatives and improvement actions.
• Support development of onboarding guidance and tools for key stakeholder groups.
• Coordinate user feedback and continuous improvement activity.

Onboarding Hub And Digital Experience

• Coordinate development of the onboarding hub and supporting digital resources.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to organise content, resources and user journeys.
• Support content migration, review and governance activity.
• Coordinate testing, feedback and implementation activity.
• Establish arrangements for ongoing maintenance and ownership.

Governance and future development

• Support development of onboarding governance arrangements.
• Establish sustainable processes for ongoing management and improvement.
• Coordinate reporting and success measures.
• Develop recommendations for future phases of onboarding activity.
• Support handover into ongoing ownership arrangements.

General delivery support

• Coordinate meetings, workshops and governance forums.
• Manage action logs, follow-ups and delivery trackers.
• Support production of presentations, communications and supporting documentation.
• Ensure momentum is maintained across agreed delivery commitments.
• Identify and escalation risks, issues and dependencies.

You’ll Need To Have

• Experienced programme, project or implementation professional.
• Strong programme management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience coordinating complex workstreams and multiple contributors.
• Excellent organisation, planning and follow-through.
• Strong written communication and content development skills.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of delivery.
• Able to manage ambiguity and maintain momentum in a changing environment.
• Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Solutions-focused and able to anticipate and resolve issues.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
