CH0526SW - Relief Carer(s)

To work as part of a team of carers, providing support and care to my Dad who has Dementia.

Currently the role is to ensure he has his meals/drinks, prompting medication, and personal care.

He requires support to continue to enable him to live as independently as possible, whilst remaining in his own home.

The ideal candidate would have experience of working with people who require support, but being a caring person is of the utmost importance.

All training will be provided.
