Owning the sales channel:

We are seeking a smart thinking up and coming ambitious Sales Director / Senior Sales Leader , capable of accelerating sales performance, through a dedicated Field Sales team. This role is working for a hi-tec manufacturing organisation. Their world is totally focused in supplying high performing tools & equipment through the crash repair / bodyshop refinish channels and wider aftermarket and industrial distributor channels.

Our ideal candidate will need to be a capable, intelligent Senior Sales / Sales Management professional, adopting a customer and people centric outlook, inquisitive with a confident, flexible approach towards operating across distributor networks. Whilst industry experience covering the Industrial , Engineering and Automotive fields will be interesting, we pay more attention to your Sales Management prowess along with your capability to flex across different sectors.

Top 8 Key skills:

• Knowledge and experience of working in a senior field based Sales Management capacity or highly sales driven environment will be paramount, ideally within Industrial MRO , Engineering or Automotive Aftermarket
