You will be responsible for managing correspondence, maintaining records, assisting with event logistics, and providing general support to the team, ensuring that administrative functions are handled efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date database records and filing systems.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, including scheduling and minute-taking.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage office supplies.
- Support the team with event planning and execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
