Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain accurate and organized databases and filing systems for donor information, volunteer records, and general correspondence.
- Provide administrative support for fundraising events, meetings, and projects as required.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate office supplies, manage schedules, and perform other general administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency in a remote setup.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrator , Office Manager, or in a similar support role.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality in a remote working environment.
