Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse range of fundraising events, including dinners, sponsored walks, and community fairs.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal return on investment.
• Source and liaise with suppliers, venues, and contractors to secure necessary services.
• Develop event marketing materials and promotional campaigns to drive attendance and engagement.
• Recruit, brief, and manage event volunteers, ensuring adequate support on event days.
• Provide post-event analysis, including financial reconciliation and feedback evaluation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in event planning and coordination , ideally within a charity or non-profit setting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, often under pressure.
