Charity Finance & Operations Lead

MARBLE MAYNE RECRUITMENT LTD is seeking a Head of Finance and Operations for a small charity in South London. The role combines finance, operations, governance and HR within the Leadership Team, reporting to the Charity Director. Hybrid work is available, with up to one day from home and flexibility.

You will manage budgeting, quarterly accounts, cash-flow forecasting and liaise with external accountants on year-end audits, while supporting trustees and funding relationships.
