Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the charity, including facilities, logistics, and administrative functions.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage budgets for operational expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations.

Requirements
