Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and approach potential corporate partners and organisations for collaboration.
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations to secure new partnerships and funding.
- Manage and nurture existing partnerships, ensuring strong relationships and ongoing engagement.
- Coordinate joint initiatives, events, and campaigns with partner organisations.
- Track and report on the success of partnership activities, measuring impact and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure aligned messaging and operational support for partnerships.
Requirements
- Experience in business development, partnership management, or account management, preferably in a non-profit setting.
- Strong understanding of the corporate social responsibility landscape.
- Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive approach with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
