Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Charity Programme Coordinator to manage and deliver key projects that support their beneficiaries in Coventry . Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of assigned charitable programmes, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
- Manage programme resources, including budgets, materials, and volunteer support, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
- Liaise with service users, volunteers, and community partners to gather feedback and ensure programme effectiveness.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new programme initiatives and improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports on programme progress, outcomes, and impact for stakeholders.
- Support the organization of training sessions and workshops for staff and volunteers involved in programme delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience in project coordination, programme support, or administration, preferably within a non-profit setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database or CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
