Charity Programme Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of assigned charitable programmes, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
• Manage programme resources, including budgets, materials, and volunteer support, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
• Liaise with service users, volunteers, and community partners to gather feedback and ensure programme effectiveness.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new programme initiatives and improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports on programme progress, outcomes, and impact for stakeholders.
• Support the organization of training sessions and workshops for staff and volunteers involved in programme delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience in project coordination, programme support, or administration, preferably within a non-profit setting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database or CRM systems.
