About the Role

You will be instrumental in coordinating activities, managing documentation, and contributing to the planning and reporting processes, ensuring that our client's initiatives in the Yorkshire region are impactful and well-managed, fostering positive change.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of assigned charity programmes.
- Coordinate programme activities, including scheduling meetings, managing logistics, and tracking progress.
- Maintain accurate programme records, documentation, and databases.
- Assist in the preparation of programme reports, proposals, and evaluations.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective programme delivery.
- Contribute to the development of new programme initiatives based on identified needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in programme support or administration, ideally within a charity or non-profit setting.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
