Charity Project Coordinator

About the Role

You will work closely with project managers, beneficiaries, and external partners to coordinate activities, track progress, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of various charitable projects.
• Liaise with project stakeholders, including beneficiaries, volunteers, and community partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Assist in the development of project documentation, including proposals, reports, and work plans.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, identifying and mitigating potential risks or issues.
• Manage project resources, including budgets, schedules, and materials, ensuring efficient utilisation.
• Organise project-related meetings, workshops, and events, taking minutes and following up on action points.

Requirements

• Previous experience in project coordination or administration, preferably within the charity or non-profit sector.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
