Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the logistical and administrative aspects of assigned charitable projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and financial records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, beneficiaries, volunteers, and external partners.
• Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of project activities, collecting data and feedback for reporting purposes.
• Support the procurement of resources and services required for project implementation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.

Requirements

• Experience in project support, administration, or coordination, preferably within the charity or non-profit sector.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with experience in stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management software.
