Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Charity Project Manager to oversee key initiatives within their organization based in Plymouth . You will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring effective delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of assigned charitable projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manage project teams, ensuring clear communication, motivation, and performance.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including beneficiaries, funders, and partners, to manage expectations and gather feedback.
- Prepare project reports and documentation for senior management and external bodies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the charity or non-profit sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and risk management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
