As a Sales Assistant you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and be passionate about increasing customer loyalty. You will be the touch point for each and every customer, whether that is welcoming them into the store, tailoring, advising customers on products, or wrapping their products with care.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a confident Sales Assistant who can connect with customers, deliver excellence in customer experience and offer advice on menswear trends. Retail experience is essential.

• Building on previous customer experience, personality and positivity really matter
• Fun to work with and always have a driven, can-do attitude
• Training provided to understand the brand and products
• Different shift patterns Monday-Sunday required, discussed at interview

24 hours per week, part time.
