Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review annual financial statements and statutory accounts in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
• Perform detailed financial analysis, including profitability, cash flow, and balance sheet reviews.
• Manage and oversee the company's tax compliance obligations, liaising with HMRC.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial plans.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in accounting operations.
• Provide expert financial advice and support to management on various business initiatives.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a similar accounting role, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel capabilities.
