Chartered Surveyor - Development Monitoring & Oversight

EC Property Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor or Chartered Quantity Surveyor to move into fund monitoring in the West End, London. You will work with banks and lenders on development monitoring for residential, hotel, and commercial schemes, with full training provided.

You'll be MRICS-qualified, with consultancy experience, strong commercial awareness, and excellent report writing and client communication. Mostly home-based or site-based work with flexible time.
