This apprenticeship blends hands-on kitchen training with college study, preparing you to cook across breakfast, lunch, dinner and banqueting, including menu input and collaboration with the team.

You will learn to prepare a range of high-quality dishes while working in a busy kitchen and studying Professional Cookery one day per week.
