Chef de Partie - 4 Day week

Set in 54 acres of Ribble Valley countryside, ouraward-winning hotel is home to Fred’s Brasserie, premium events, and afast-paced, high-quality food operation , and we’re looking for a Chef dePartie ready to step up.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparingfresh, high-quality dishes to a consistent standard
• Supportingand mentoring junior chefs
• Maintaininghigh standards of hygiene, organisation, and safety
• Workingclosely with front of house to deliver great guest experiences

• Experienceas a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
• Passionfor food and pride in your work
• Calmunder pressure with a positive attitude
• Ateam player who supports others
