Chef de Partie — Elevate Kitchen Skills | Night Premium

John Lewis Partnership is hiring a Chef De Partie at Odney Club in Cookham, Berkshire. You will work as part of a hotel kitchen brigade to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and a high quality guest experience, including night premium applicable from 22:00 to 06:00.

The role is 45 hours per week, 5 days from 11:00 to 21:00 with weekends. You will train juniors, uphold hygiene, lead in absence of senior chefs, and help achieve sales while minimising waste.
