Job Description
Virgin Hotels Edinburgh is seeking a Chef de Partie to join its busy kitchen, taking ownership of a section and delivering high-quality dishes across Scottish Brasserie, Italian restaurant, breakfast service, room service and events.
Work with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, maintain hygiene, HACCP, train Commis and apprentices, and contribute to menus while thriving in a fast-paced, high-profile hotel environment.
